The Pinegate Homeowners Association Board of Trustees consists
of seven elected homeowners. The trustees oversee the use and
maintenance of the common grounds and expenditure of homeowners
dues. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month
at 7:30pm at the Pinegate/Belknap Community Room. Trustees are
elected at the October meeting. The annual budget is voted on
at the February meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend
the monthly meetings.
