The Pinegate Homeowners Association Board of
Trustees consists of seven elected homeowners. The trustees oversee the use
and maintenance of the common grounds and expenditure of homeowners dues.
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm at the
Pinegate/Belknap Community Room. Trustees are elected at the October
meeting. The annual budget is voted on at the February meeting. All
homeowners are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings.
The Majikas family has recently purchase a home outside of Pinegate and has plans to move shortly. Jeff Majikas will be stepping down as the Trustee in charge of Buildings and Grounds. If you have an interest in the maintenance of and improvements to the buildings and grouunds of Pinegate, please contact Frank Prijatel or Mike Graf.
